Our History
Founded in 1972 by John P. Semmens, CPA, our accounting firm has been family-owned and operated for the past 35 years. Originally a one-man operation focused on local small businesses in the Dana Point area, the firm is now run by John’s son, Bryan Semmens, CPA, and is staffed by many members of the Semmens family. We now operate fully staffed offices in both San Clemente and Temecula.
Though the firm handles many large corporate accounts, the needs of small businesses are still our specialty. We offer a wide range of services that will address every accounting need from simple bookkeeping procedures to financial reporting.
Large businesses also benefit from working with a family-run firm like Semmens & Semmens CPA. Projects are assigned on an individual basis, so our clients work with the same staff member for the duration of each project.
